Because DASA products are produced and fulfilled on demand, cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible.

An order may be cancelled only before production or fulfillment has begun.

Once production or fulfillment has started, the order can no longer be cancelled and our Return & Refund Policy will apply after delivery.

8. SHIPPING

DASA currently ships within supported U.S. destinations.

Shipping availability, processing times, transit estimates, tracking information, and other delivery terms are described in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

9. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns, refunds, damaged products, incorrect products, and related requests are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, tested, swatched, or unsealed skincare and cosmetic products generally cannot be returned unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

The DASA name, branding, logos, website content, product photography, graphics, text, design elements, and other original materials displayed on shopdasa.com are owned by or licensed to DASA Commerce LLC unless otherwise stated.
